Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests MUST be made in writing to info@jnmediations.com we will not accept notice of cancellation via phone. Please be sure to specify if you are rescheduling.
- 60 days or less, $500 plus HST flat fee, unless we can fill the date.
- 30 days or less, 50% of the mediation account is applied, unless we can fill the date.
- 10 days or less, 100% of the mediation account is applied
- (please be advised most venues require 24 hour notice for cancellations. You will be billed for the venue if you did not notify us 24 hours in advance).
