We make every effort to keep the calendar current but cancellations often make earlier dates available. Please check the calendar regularly. If your preferred date is marked “Booked” or “Pending”, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

  • *For more than one defense counsel, please provide the name of the defendant for each lawyer, ie. John Doe for Defendant Jane Doe

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests MUST be made in writing to info@jnmediations.com we will not accept notice of cancellation via phone. Please be sure to specify if you are rescheduling.

  • 60 days or less, $500 plus HST flat fee, unless we can fill the date. 
  • 30 days or less, 50% of the mediation account is applied, unless we can fill the date.
  • 10 days or less, 100% of the mediation account is applied
  • (please be advised most venues require 24 hour notice for cancellations. You will be billed for the venue if you did not notify us 24 hours in advance).
